Looking for the right synth? Or are you looking for full synthesis power synth? Then, Alesis Micron might be the one you’re looking for. When I first saw this synth, I immediately fall inlove with it. It is a three octave keyboard that offers light and springy feeling. Alesis Micron offers velocity and release velocity in action. If you are always on the go, you would appreciate this synth because this is labelled as “on the go” keyboard for on the go musicians. Alesis Micron boasts the same analog modelling sound engine like Alesis Ion.

Just like Ion, Micron also offers continuously variable wave shapes, osc-sync and FM synthesis. It has simple looking design but full of programmable functions. In fact, this is one of the cutest, smallest but one of the most powerful synth you’ve never imagined. Obviously, Micron is the sequel of Ion which is also popular respectively. Micron is actually considered as Ion’s younger brother.
