Again, Korg has proved itself with their Korg M3-73 keyboard. Korg M3-73 has a lot to offer when it comes to sounds. Actually, it is known as the collection of sounds and musical colors. This high tech device suits for a hobbyist and to professional musicians as well. It has a touch screen X-Y feature which is very cool. It is very useful during live a performance which is intended for live performers of course. Its pads are also a great help.
Korg M3-73 keyboard also has a perfect user interface. It is intuitive and its touch screen feature makes it easier. Aside from great sounding effect, combi presets from this keyboard is impressive. With its combi presets you will be able to layer sounds easily in combi mode. Pianos and EP’s of this instrument are being improved and are now very expressive and realistic.
Some of Korg M3 main features are:
1. Maximum Polyphony: 120 voices, 120 oscillators max, single mode, 60 voices, 120 oscillators max, double mode
2. Synthesis Technology: EDS (Enhanced Definition Synthesis), MMT (Multi Modeling Technology) sound generator can be added by installing the optional EXB-RADIAS
3. Tone Generator: 256 Mbyte (when converted to 16-bit linear format), 1,032 Multisamples, 1,606 Drum Samples
4. 64 Mbyte memory standard (expandable up to 320 Mbyte with EXB-M256 option)
5. The TouchView display can be used as an X-Y controller. Hold function provided. X–Y Control finger movements can be recorded in realtime, and memorized for each Program, Combination, or Song.
So far, I am always getting great satisfaction from Korg instruments. They’re keyboards are dependable packed with great sounds.
